Rare Reverse Amberina glass tumbler

Rare Victorian Reverse Amberina glass coin spot umbler, in heat-sensitive "reverse amberina" colored glass of cranberry-red becoming amber bordering a wheel-polished chamfered rim, "optic" molded with five staggered rows of twelve closely spaced internally rounded medallions or "coin spots" covering the walls above a large flowerhead with twelve radiating rounded petals centered upon the bottom.

   Dating is late 19th Century to early 20th Century.  Good condition except that the rim has been re-ground. Measures 3 3/4" tall and 3" diameter. $74.00
