Mahogany Console Table

F1690. Elegant English Classical Revival Console Table, having a thumb molded overhanging rectangular
top, mounted on a rectangular frieze that has ogee molding at the top and beading
at the bottom, flanked at each side by gorgeous cabriole legs, having outset block
capitals with conforming beading above flowing finger-carved cabriole scrolling
legs with a tightly scrolled back and a carved acanthus scroll front, terminating
in a large carved French scroll foot. Rear supports are flat and rectangular, made
to fit against the wall, and terminate in block cut feet with a molded top,
Refinished mahogany and mahogany veneers with oak as secondary wood.
48" 23 1/2" wide x 34 1/2" tall overall. Leg is 24 1/2" wide at the widest part.
