Butternut Secretary

F3608. Exceptional Butternut Two Piece Country Secretary/Desk, crafted in
butternut and walnut. This warm cabinet would be right at home in a country
kitchen or dining room, storing crocks full of herbs, cookbooks or brightly
colored dishes behind its glass doors, becoming a work table or a server when
needed, as well as a desk and telephone station . The desk/server central
cabinet is fitted with three sections: on the left, four vertical file dividers,
next to three stacked cubby holes. The left section has three cubby holes across
the top, two wider ones below, and one on the bottom which is long and open.
This upper structure rests on a spacious overhanging rectangular working or
writing area. Below are two horizontal drawers, above two pedestals of three
stacked drawers, flanking a knee hole opening on large vase turned feet!
A unique and useful piece! Old wavy glass in one door is cracked.
