F1245. English Chippendale Chest-on-Chest, in beautiful Mahogany with rich mellow refinishing and oak secondary wood.
This handsome piece has a crown-molded crest rail above two drawers, above three drawers in the top case. This top case fits into the lip on the top of the three drawer lower case, on bracket feet.
All drawers are dovetailed and beaded and have bat wing brasses. Dovetailed case.
Restorations to the0 drawers and feet. Backboards on the top half are skilled replacements, as is the crown molded crest rail. Rare small size for a Period Chest on Chest. Small enough to fit in-- spacious enough for beautiful storage. 42" wide x 22 x 71" tall.
